A very handsome and characterful Victorian travelling trunk. The lid is beautifully monogrammed with the painted letters of RR, and the interior is zinc lined. The black painted wooden exterior bears the faded gummed-on labels and tickets of its many travels. This is most certainly the Rolls Royce (RR) of travelling trunks.
