We have purchased a handful of these vintage Post Office sack-like bags, constructed from a close-weave linen canvas. Each one is ink stamped with "MB 25 1986 POST OFFICE" on both sides, with double-stitched seams and with a very handy hanging ring. These beautifully made heavy-duty bags were never used, marking the end of a by-gone postal era; and one would make an excellent laundry bag that could be hung on the back of a door.
