Victorian Bread Knives


A collection of handsome antique Victorian bread knives with carved sycamore and beech handles, and carbon steel engraved blades - one with carved "Bread" handle.

A) Fluted handle (front and back). Length 33cm £85

B) Acorn and leaf handle with "Bread Knife" on the blade. Length 32cm £95

Material: beech or sycamore, carbon steel

Length approximately 32cm  

Condition: very good. Each knife has seen well over a hundred years of use and has a wonderful time and hand-worn patina, both to the handle and blade.
