A very handsome 1940s ox-blood leather suitcase with good squared corners. The leather is stamped "Guaranteed selected hide, hand closed" and there are five studs affixed to the underside - to protect the leather when the case is opened and in use. Great for bedroom blanket storage.

Condition: good with slight scuff marks and scratches to the leather - all character-building, and in keeping of a suitcase of this age. The paper lining inside has lifted slightly.
