A collector's honey-gold British made large teddy bear with an open and loving expression dating from the 1950s.

Made from a classic shade of gold mohair plush, he has been much loved yet is still in wonderful condition. His neat paw pads are in brown plush and he has amber coloured eyes.  His nose and mouth are embroidered and he has a fixed head, with swivel jointing to his stout arms and legs, and he is stuffed with his original wood-wool.

Condition: excellent, with only small signs of having been a well-loved bear. Many years of touch and play have discoloured his fur slightly, giving it an old gold tone.
