Our range of extra-large casserole pans are not for every-day household use, but there are occasions, such as when catering for a big gathering, a generously sized hotel kitchen pan is called for.  They are not only perfect for stock making, but also for braising meat, vegetables and pulses, boiling shellfish, and making soup.  The 8mm thick ground base conducts heat evenly and efficiently, and the corners have an internal radius for easy cleaning.  A handsome addition to the serious cook’s batterie de cuisine.
