Outsized Circular Bread Board
This extremely generous, scrubbed pine bread board was once in service in a bakery in Bavaria, and has a reinforced underside to prevent warping - see secondary image. Its time-worn, knife-cut surface is full of character and warmth, and it would make an excellent communal serving platter for air dried ham, antipasto, breads, cheeses, pickles and bread; and when not in use, looks great as a backdrop when propped up on the kitchen side.
Country of origin: Germany
Condition: our boards have all been well used, so they will have knife cuts and scuff marks, small chips to their edges, and could be slightly uneven. However, this all adds to their patina, history and appeal - and we love them for it.
