Edwardian Butcher's Tongue Dish


An antique butcher's cooked tongue counter top display plate with a gilt edged, deep, fluted border, dating to the turn of the last century. The centre of the plate is decorated with chocolate brown lettering "Tongue Dish", and the reverse side has incised numbers "301" and stamped numbers "3657".
