Our balls of tarred jute twine are just-the-job for all your garden stringing needs. The tar coating waterproofs the twine, lengthening its life outdoors. It is therefore ideal for securing permanent garden features, such as wattle fencing, bean poles, soft fruit netting, and plant pole supports. It can also be used for more niche jobs, such as the binding of bamboo in Japanese gardens; the tying of willow and hazel poles when constructing wigwams; and for rustic basket making.
