Victorian Hall Chair
A stunning mid 19th century hall chair of fine quality mahogany having acquired good colour and patination over its 150 plus years. Its heraldic-shaped back is lusciously carved from a single piece of mahogany, with organic scrolls and fluid acanthus leaves, which frame a central shield. It has a panelled seat which stands on beautifully turned front legs, with saber-shaped legs at the rear.

Condition: good with some small repairs to the back of the seat (see image), and to the back (see image), which reflect its years of use and add to its beauty.
