A very handsome Victorian kitchen chopper with a turned beechwood handle and carbon steel blade. It has a wonderful patina and a particularly smooth and comfortable handle, and is excellent for the chopping, slicing and scooping of herbs, garlic, leaves, dough, you name it. The bad is stamped "Robt Sorby Cast Steel".
