A striking scarlet red enamel bread box with hinged lid, carrying handle and fastening hasp. The hinges, handle and hasp are all nickel plated, and the interior of the box is finished in white enamel.  It has been well loved, and so has few dings to the enamel, but these only add to its charm. Great for bread, and anything else that needs a smart house in the kitchen. Would also make a beautiful tool or craft work box - or a lovely addition to the garden shed, for all those seed packets that need a safe dry home.
